  1. Install the certificate first

    Windows blocks the app until this is trusted. Once per machine — updating later skips this step.

    Download certificate
    1. Double-click InternalCert.cer
    2. Click Install Certificate…
    3. Select Local Machine and click Next
    4. Select Place all certificates in the following store
    5. Click Browse and choose Trusted Root Certification Authorities
    6. Click OK to close the picker, then Next and Finish

  2. Install the app

    Take the newest .exe in the folder and run it. If Windows warns you, choose More info and then Run anyway
